Christiaan Conover is an American netcaster & blogger. He writes on his own site, ChristiaanConover.com, and is founder of Conover Media. He is a student at University of Maryland University College majoring in Digital Media and Web Technology, a Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class in the Coast Guard Reserve, a tech geek and total gearhead. Christiaan lives in Annapolis, MD.

Christiaan is an up-and-coming member of the ever-growing netcasting community. His company, Conover Media, is working to become a full-fledged online media group producing video, audio, written & still image content in a variety of fields. Computers and Gadgetry
Christiaan is a self-admitted computer geek. From an early age he was fascinated with electronics, which has developed into a passion for new technology, computers and the Internet. Specifically, his interests are focused in cyber security on all levels, cloud computing, and mobile.
Coast Guard
In July 2008 Christiaan enlisted in the Coast Guard Reserve. He was part of boot camp company Charlie-180, and graduated on September 5, 2008. He was assigned to Station Woods Hole, MA where he spent a year before going to Boatswain’s Mate “A” School. He is currently assigned to Station Annapolis, MD and is a Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class.
Amateur Radio
Christiaan is a licensed amateur radio operator. His call sign is W3RTX (formerly KB3MMY). He has been a licensed Technician class operator since August 5th, 2005 after taking the course & test at the 2005 National Boy Scout Jamboree.
